Moving on to musical tastes - I would have to put my hand up to being torn between three differing sounds - Steeleye Span for Folk Rock,

After this comes the Pipes - bagpipes that is!  Preferably the Highland pipes but I'll listen to them all quite happily.  Way back in the '70's my unit was famous for deploying out the back of C130's for practice drops to the sound of a piper!!  Guess the love comes from then  :-)  (Some said the piping was so bad we were glad to jump to get away from the piper!!)

Other than these - from the 70's again I like The Sweet,  Dr Hook, T-Rex, The Carpenters, Simon and Garfunkel and Toyah Willcox.  Of the modern artists - Enya and Shakespeare's Sister are amongst the ones I'll listen to.

Most classical composers are in my collection though I will admit to a bias for Tchaikovsky, Holst, Beethoven and Bach!
