Lord of the Rings
For as long as I can remember Tolkiens "Lord of the Rings has been my all-time favourite read!! Several copies of the trilogy plus the prequel, "The Hobbit" fill my bookshelves
Visually though we've been badly off... For ages all we had was Ralph Bakshi's "Live Animation" version that took us the battle of Helms Deep - and then left us there...
Now we have the new live action version in all 3 parts. Having seen the Trilogy I can't wait till the producers start work on the The Hobbit.
Update:
At last - we have the "Lord Of the Rings" and the "The Hobbit!" trilogies released!! It is now time a cinema in London - or somewehre - offered fans the chnace of a ring fest by showing all 6 films back to back!!
